Board offered CE classes were held at various locations in June and August.  The Board will not be offering any additional classes facilitated by our staff for CE credit this year.  If you missed a Board offered CE class, you will need to obtain your CE hours through one of our approved providers (linked below).  If you have CE you have taken through a non-approved provider, you may request that credit be accepted by completing the non-traditional CE application and paying the $25 non-refundable request fee (form linked below).  

As a reminder, all CE credit must be obtained prior to November 1 in order to avoid a deficiency plan and deficiency fee. 

BOARD OFFERED CODE REVIEW CLASSES ARE FOR EXAM PREP ONLY AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CE CREDIT.

Use this form if you have completed a course from a provider that is not approved by our Board that you believe may qualify as CE credit with our agency.  You MUST provide all requested information and submit the required non-refundable fee.  Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
