**NOTE:  IN ORDER TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THESE CLASSES, YOU MUST SIGN UP BY E-MAILING CE@PGFB.ALABAMA.GOV.  You should include the date you wish to attend along with the sessions you want to attend on that date.  At this time, we are not accepting sign-ups via phone call. 

Board offered classes will be eligible for two (2) hours of continuing education (CE) credit per class attended.

-Plumbing CE classes - 2 hours CE credit for a plumbing certification
-Gas Fitting CE classes - 2 hours CE credit for a gas fitting certification
-Law/Rules CE class - 2 hours CE credit for EITHER a plumbing certification or a gas fitting certification.

You cannot get credit for attending the same class more than one time in a calendar year.  Regardless of certification type, you must have 4 hours continuing education annually.  It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you have signed up for the correct classes to count towards your required hours.  If you are not on our sign-up list for each session, you may not be able to attend a session due to capacity.

The listed training dates are the only dates the Board will be offering CE credit for during this year.  If you are unable to attend one of these dates, you can continue to use our CE Provider Lookup to find eligible training courses.

When you attend our classes, you MUST have your correct certification number available at sign-in.  If you do not provide your correct certification number on the sign-in sheets, you may not be credited for attendance.
