**IMPORTANT RENEWAL INFORMATION**
Renewals for 2026 certifications were October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. All renewals are now late and will be subject to a late renewal penalty. You MUST complete the continuing education requirement prior to being able to renew. Please visit the continuing education page for additional details regarding requirements to renew. You MUST submit a deficiency plan along with completing your CE requirements in order to renew since the CE deadline has passed.
